The tournament will be divided into two days as follows: Saturday 5: Swiss Rounds. You are not eliminated after the first round. You can play all rounds regardless of your record. Sunday 6: Top Cut. All players having finished with 2 or fewer losses (x-2) on Saturday are qualified. Matches are played in Pokémon Sword & Shield for the Nintendo Switch. All rounds are played in Best-of-3 sets of matches (Bo3). This tournament is Closed Teamsheets: you will not be able to see your opponent’s team before the set begins, and full info (moves, items…) will not be provided at any point. The tournament will follow the xxx Ruleset Available Pokémon: National Pokédex (Galar Mark or Battle-Ready Mark required on all Pokémon). Restricted Pokémon (up to two per team): Mewtwo, Lugia, Ho-Oh, Kyogre, Groudon, Rayquaza, Dialga, Palkia, Giratina, Reshiram, Zekrom, Kyurem, Xerneas, Yveltal, Zygarde, Cosmog, Cosmoem, Solgaleo, Lunala, Necrozma, Zacian, Zamazenta, Eternatus, Calyrex Pokémon, Moves or Items obtained through unreleased events or illegitimate means are not allowed. Registration closes on Saturday 5 at 13:00 UTC, 1 hour before the matches start. You will be asked to check in on Battlefy from 13:00 to 14:00 UTC on Saturday 5. STREAMING: Players are free to broadcast their matches from the event, live as it happens, on whatever streaming platform of their liking. The Tournament Organizer (TO) reserves the right to ask any participant to provide a cleanfeed of their games (clean recording of the console without graphics or external audio added) to broadcast the tournament, in any round of the event, on whatever streaming platform the TO deems appropriate, as well as upload the content to any video platforms that the TO and its third party affiliates own or use during or after the event. By participating in the event, all players consent to their image rights in such a way that their registration data (as provided on Battlefy) can appear on the TO and its affiliates’ streaming and social media platforms of choice during and after the tournament. They also abide by providing the aforementioned cleanfeed whenever possible.
